Epic paid out some big bucks to creators last year!
This week Epic released a retrospective on Fortnite Creatives performance and stats for 2024 and they revealed how much some creators were able to bank over the last year!

With over $352,000,000 paid out to creators in 2024 alone, its fair to say that being a Fortnite Creator can be a lucrative endeavor! 2024 saw an 11% rise in payouts when compared to 2023 with over 5000 creators receiving $1000 or more throughout the year. While that may not sound impressive, talented creators were able to cash in some serious profit. 58 creators managed to break the $1,000,000 payout threshold, with 7 of those racking in over $10,000,000. Thats a lot of Vbucks!
Breaking into those higher pay thresholds is all about player engagement and retention. Staying on top of news and trends, regular island publishing with iterations and social media marketing, will allow you to build a committed audience and insane games modes.

The second entry to an amazing tutorial series!
Previously, we highlighted Sam’s release of “Making your first game with Sam” tutorial series, focused around teaching professional game development strategies. Well he’s back and we wanted to make sure all of you get your eyes on this GEM!

This entry focuses on strategies during the development stage, tackling practical ideas such as setting goals and troubleshooting when you hit that inevitable stuck feeling (no shade, we’ve all been there). As well as more theoretical topics like “How do you games fun?”
Chock full of info this one! Head there now, don’t wait, do it!
Spotlight of the week
Gun Game CSGO - Oshfn
2576-2850-9835

We highlight gun games all the time (most likely because their our favorite island type) and we’re also big fans of the Counter Strike series. So it’s doesn’t come as a big surprise that this weeks highlight is a mashup of these two worlds.
Run around a custom Dust 2 map while climbing the weapon ladder and reliving some of the classic Counter Strike nostalgia. The island features a CSGO inspired rank system, over 50 weapons in all their first person glory and custom crosshairs to really get that CS feeling!
Awesome work Oshfn, we look forward to rushing B with you all!
Wish you had some more players to run around your gun game?
